You’ve worked tirelessly leading up to your event to ensure that you can enjoy the fruits of your labor on the big day. You’ve put all of the beautiful details in place — now you just need a director of elements.

As master of ceremonies, we are the conductor of your details.
Each moment is directed, and we create a seemingly effortless flow for your event from start to finish. We’re passionate about people and creating memories for our clients. Our gift is translating your story and vision into a joyous, festive, and enchanting ambiance that will be etched in memories for years to come.
We have been classically and professionally trained
by a student of the great Jack Wagner (the spirited voice of Disney). Not only are we the master of ceremonies — we’re the artist of your vision. Our art of reading the room and zeal for making you and your guests the highlight of the big day will have everyone feeling elated all evening long!
As enthusiastic and passionate storytellers, we dedicate ample time getting to know you and your background on a deeper level before your event. On your big day, it feels as though your event is being directed by an old friend. We weave your story throughout your celebration so your guests feel right at home and are constantly entertained.

Master of Ceremonies Booking Process

Step 1: Contact Us
The first step to getting your Master of Ceremonies booked is to complete our contact form. Next, we’ll reach out to schedule a meeting over Facetime or by phone to discuss your vision and our individualized process.
And most importantly, you will be able to hear the voice of the person who will be emceeing your event!
After the call, you’ll receive a proposal that’s customized to your event.

Step 2: Get Booked!
After the contract is signed and the retainer is paid, we’ll send over a Master of Ceremonies booking packet. This will help you think through all the details of your event and allow us to share your one-of-a-kind story throughout your celebration.

Step 3: Event Prep
Four to six weeks prior to your event, we’ll meet for a Creative Consultation. During this time, we’ll discuss all the special moments and relevant history for your event, such as toasts, introductions, your love story, traditions you want to include in your ceremony, and family heritage.
A week to 10 days before your event, we’ll have you sign off on all the final details.

Step 4: Event Day
On the big day, we’ll take care of all the behind-the-scenes communication to make sure things are moving smoothly.

Your Job....
As the celebration ensues, we’ll make sure all vendors are ready for the next event before announcing, allowing YOU to be present and enjoy your guests without having to stress about the flow of the celebration.

Step 5: After the Event
2 weeks following the event, we’ll send you a review request.
Powell’s Exclusive Master of Ceremonies Package
Up to 6 hours on-site at event
Writing of script for event
1 pre-event meeting to discuss the details of event day such as pronunciation of names, timeline, locations, flow and humor

Talent Fee: $1500
Hourly fee after 6 hours: $200/hour
Your event is once in a lifetime whether it’s your dream wedding, your annual gala, or a party for the sake of a party. Our emcee approach ensures that no event will be the same.
