We’re Russ and Morgan, modern-day romantics and owners of Powell Weddings & Events.
Our love story began when our worlds collided working at the same wedding as a DJ (Russ) and photographer (Morgan). There was an instant spark between us, and as fate – and a little hard work – would have it, we were destined to be together.
Before we met, we were each passionate about working alongside couples, families, and vendors to shape lasting memories and unforgettable experiences. Because of our love for each other and our passion for creating magical moments, our businesses merged beautifully and Powell Wedding & Events came to be.
We’re a family-run business, and we treat our clients like part of our family, too. No matter the destination of your big event, one of our favorite elements of working together is conversing over good food or enjoying a local spot to connect before your big event.
